ELMLG 100 - Magnetic Liquid Level Gauge

Electronet series Magnetic Liquid Level Gauge ELMLG-100 is an instrument for indicating the fluid level.

It has a magneticfloat inside of the non-magnetic chamber and an indicator outside of it. The indicator indicates the fluid level by means of magnetic force of the magnet installed inside of the float.

The indicator is completely separated from the chamber. The level of liquid and gaseous phases can be distinguished clearly by the Bi-color. Magnetic level indicators are low-maintenance alternatives to sight glasses and other level indicators. They provide non-invasive level indication while reducing leak points and fugitive emissions.

ULT-TX-22 - Two Wire Ultrasonic Level Transmitter

Electronet series ULT-TX-22 is a Two Wire Ultrasonic Level Transmitters specially designed for non contact type level measurement.

LMT 01 - Magnetic Float Operated Level Transmitter

Electronet series LMT-01 are Magnetic Float Operated Level Transmitters. The inbuilt level sensor is consisting of a float & guide tube made of non-magnetic material to achieve undisturbed magnetic flux. The float has magnetic system within it & moves along the guide tube which contains glass encapsulated hermitically sealed reed switches. Float follows level & magnetically actuates reed switches & provides continuous 4 - 20 mA DC output.

ELGWR 40 - Guided Wave Level Transmitter

Electronet series ELGWR-40 4-wire TDR-Sensor with single rod or coaxial probe for continuous level measurement and point level detection in liquids, with analog and switching output.

PRODUCT APPLICATION AREA :

The innovative TDR technology enables direct, precise and highly reliable continuous level measurement as well as point level detection in almost every liquid independent of changing process conditions (such as density, conductivity, temperature, pressure, vapour and turbulence). ELGWR-40 has almost no installation restrictions it can be mounted in small tanks, tall and narrow nozzles and it measures precisely even with difficult tank geometries or close to interfering structures. LCT 01 - Capacitance Level Transmitter

Electronet series LCT-01 are Capacitance Type Level Transmitters. Vessel wall and probe forms two electrodes. If vessel is of non conductive material, the probe will be double rod type.

The distance between electrode and surface area of electrodes remain unchanged. The variable is the depth of the material being measured which represents the dielectric constant between two electrodes. Air and vacuum have relative dielectric constant as 1 and that of liquids, it is greater than 1.

The capacitance of the capacitor therefore depends on how much material lies between the probe and vessel wall i.e. whether the probe is covered with or free from material. The capacitor changes with change in level of the material and provides corresponding 4-20 mA DC continuous output.

Electronet series LCS-02 are Capacitance Type Level Switches. The vessel wall & probe forms two electrodes.

If the vessel is of non-conductive material, the probe will be double rod type. The distance between the electrodes and surface area of the electrodes remains unchanged.
