Ultrasonic Flow Meters

Electronet series ASIONIC - TX-22 are micro-controller based Two Wire Full Bore Type ultrasonic flow transmitters specially used for various industrial applications.

These flow transmitters accurately measure the flow rate of conductive/ non conductive liquids in closed pipes. Due to its simple and rigid design, the flow transmitter is an obstruction-less and maintenance-free instrument in place of conventional mechanical flow measuring device. The use of 'Transit Time' technology offers highest ability and better measuring accuracy in the form of electrical signal 4-20 mA DC linearly proportional to volumetric flow.

The instrument is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. A magnetic field is generated by the instrument in the flow tube. The fluid flowing through this magnetic field generates a voltage that is proportional to the flow velocity and corresponding electrical output is provided with respect to measuring voltage.

Electronet series ASIONIC - 200CF are Clamp-On Ultrasonic flow meters measure liquids in industrial applications. Because the sensor is clamped on to the outside of the pipe, it is immune to the process compatibility concerns of an in-line flow metering technology.

ASIONIC - 200CF operates using transit time measurement. By measuring the time it takes for asonic signal to travel a known distance with the flow stream and another signal travelling against the flow stream, it determines the velocity of the fluid being measured. With the sonic properties of the fluid and the pipe material factored in, users get an extremely repeatable accuracy on the volumetric flow rate being measured. Because the transmitter can process the signal of one or two sensors, it ensures additional economy and the ability to compare or contrast two flow streams, if required

The product is engineered for various industrial as well as domestic applications such as Municipal & Industrial Water applications, Cooling tower, Water treatment, etc. The graphic display provides indication for flow rate& totalized flow with key selection.

The display auto shuts off after 10 minutes, which increases the battery life. The display can be turned ON by pressing the 'Enter' key.
